Mesoblast is aiming to produce therapeutics for the treatment of heart conditions, blood vessel diseases of the eyes and legs, bone marrow regeneration after cancer as well as products for the treatment of a range of bone, cartilage and musculoskeletal conditions.
Mesoblast has been granted approval to conduct clinical trials of adult stem cell therapies for a number of conditions, including congestive heart failure, heart attacks, spinal fusion and bone marrow regeneration.
Mesoblast is progressing various products towards Phase 3 trials. Product registration and commercialization will require positive Phase 3 outcomes.
